Description: It is well documented that the adoption of ever-advancing technology during the digital age has led to an environment of continual change across every aspect of librarianship. This is perhaps no more so than in technical services, where pandemic conditions led to outright upheaval. Formerly behind the scenes, developments in recent times have only accelerated a years-long process of raising the profile, and shifting the job duties, of technical services.Join ALIGN, CLA’s Academic Interest Group, and NCTPG as our presenters explore:
